Te Papa, Wellington

Te Papa, New Zealand's national museum (it means "Our Place") was superb! The kids spent SIX HOURS here, and were never bored! The museum is presented in a way that keeps ALL ages engaged over every inch of the place. Content focused for adults was placed higher, some of the stuff for kids was placed at their eye level so they could interact with the exhibits. All of it in the same place...sure, there were a few "kids areas", but for the most part kids content and more mature stuff was combined in the same area. REALLY good!
